Now you can use your Crowns to bid on exclusive products and experiences!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Auction Details

Start & End Times: Each auction has a clear start and end time. All bidding closes once the timer hits zero.

Bid Increments: Minimum increments ensure fair play. Increments will be displayed on the auction pages.

Auto-Bid: Set a max Crown limit, and Auction Pro will automatically outbid others up to that amount for you.

How to place a bid?

  1. Head to the Dynasty Rewards Store
  2. Log into your DraftKings or Golden Nugget Casino Account
  3. Head to the Live Auctions page or any product marked as “Auction”
  4. Click Place Bid, enter the amount of Crowns you'd like to bid, and confirm!
  5. On the product page, you’ll see:
  • The current highest bid
  • The number of Crowns you need to beat it
  • The auction countdown timer

    Note: Your bid must be higher than the current bid and meet the minimum bid increment set for that auction

What happens when it ends?

  • If you’re the highest bidder, you’ll get an email confirmation and instructions to complete your purchase.
  • The product or experience will be paid for using the Crowns from your winning bid.
  • If you don’t win, you keep all your Crowns!

What Happens After You Win?

  1. Complete checkout through the link we send you.
  2. For physical items, we’ll ship as usual. For experiences or tickets, you’ll receive further details via email.
  3. Your Crowns balance is updated with the deduction from your winning bid.

Note: You’ll have a limited window to complete your purchase – don’t miss it!

  • Keep an eye on the auction end time – bidding gets exciting in the final moments!
  • Make sure you have enough Crowns before bidding
  • Use auto-bid if you don’t want to babysit the auction

Are Dynasty Store auctions available outside the US?

Currently, Dynasty Store auctions are only
available to users located in the United States. We hope to expand access in
the future!

Do I lose Crowns if I don’t win?

Nope! You only spend Crowns if you win.

Can I cancel a bid?

Bids are final – please double-check before confirming.

What happens if I win the auction but don’t have enough Crowns to cover my bid?

If you don't have enough Crowns in your account when the auction ends, your win will be forfeited and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Make sure you have enough Crowns available before placing your bids!
