HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Auction Details
Start & End Times: Each auction has a clear start and end time. All bidding closes once the timer hits zero.
Bid Increments: Minimum increments ensure fair play. Increments will be displayed on the auction pages.
Maximum Bids: Players will be limited to a maximum number of Crowns per bid. This maximum will be clearly displayed on the auction pages to ensure fair and transparent play.
Auto-Bid: Set a max Crown limit, and we will automatically outbid others up to that amount for you.
How to place a bid?
- Log into your DraftKings or Golden Nugget Casino Account
- Head to the Live Auctions page and select the item you’d like to bid on
- Enter your bid amount in Crowns and confirm your bid
- Note: Your bid must be higher than the current bid and must comply with both the minimum bid increment and the maximum bid limit set for that auction
IMPORTANT:
Crown Requirements
- You must have enough Crowns in your account when you place your bid
- You must still have that same amount of Crowns in your account when the auction ends
- If not, your bid is disqualified, and we’ll move on to the next highest bidder
When the Auction ends?
Highest Bidder:
- Your Host or DraftKings Customer Support will follow up to confirm your win
- Crowns will only be deducted from your account once your bid is confirmed, and you give final approval
Receiving Your Item or Experience:
- All communication about how to receive your item will come directly from DraftKings Customer Support or your Host
- If you win a physical product, you’ll be asked to provide your shipping address—items will ship within 5–7 business days
- If you win tickets or an experience, a third-party partner will contact you within 5–7 business days
If You Don’t Win:
- You keep all your Crowns—nothing is deducted
IMPORTANT:
- No Crowns are deducted during bidding
- Crowns are only
removed from your account if you're the highest bidder and approve the
deduction

- Make sure you have enough Crowns before bidding
- Use auto-bid if you don’t want to babysit the auction

Are Dynasty Store auctions available outside the US?
Currently, Dynasty Store auctions are only
available to users located in the United States. We hope to expand access in
the future!
Can I cancel a bid?
Bids are final – please double-check before confirming.
Do I lose Crowns if I don’t win?
No! You only spend Crowns if you win.
What happens if I win the auction but don’t have enough Crowns to cover my bid?
If you don't have enough Crowns in your account when the auction ends, your win will be forfeited and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Make sure you have enough Crowns available before placing your bids!
How will I be contacted if I win an auction?
If you're the highest bidder when the auction ends, you’ll be contacted within 2–3 hours by DraftKings Customer Support or your Host. They’ll confirm your win, guide you through the next steps, and collect any necessary information to fulfill your prize.
