Return Policy
The Dynasty Rewards Store cannot accept exchanges or returns on items unless the item is damaged or defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can quickly resolve it.
If there is an issue, please contact us within seven business days of receipt. Please include your full name, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
After reviewing your case, a team member will reach out with a solution and/or send a replacement at no expense to you. Items sent back without first notifying our team will not be accepted.
